Will Zone Minutes work while using Inspire2 on a clip (so no heart rate measurement)?

Hi team,

Just 'upgraded' from the Fitbit One to the Inspire 2.  I can only use a clip tracker, so I won't be able to use the heart rate etc functions.  But it seems that Active Minutes are now Zone Minutes, and that Zone Minutes are dependent on heart rate readings.  Does this mean I'll never register any Zone Minutes?  Can I switch back to Active Minutes instead somehow?

Thanks for any advice 🙂

I found this in the manual :

"Note that when Inspire 2 is set to On Clip , certain features are turned off,
including heart-rate tracking, automatic exercise tracking, and Active Zone Minutes"

So, it seems that you will not get any zone minutes using the clip and I'm afraid it's not possible to switch back to the old Active Minutes.

Thanks so much! I obviously searched for all the wrong words.

How disappointing! I was so excited to be able to get a new clip on tracker, and it seems to be even less effective than the Fitbit zip and one's I've had.
