Woken up by vibration in the middle of the night. What does this icon/animation mean?

Hi community,

 

I was woken up from my sleep in the middle of the night by persistent vibration.

 

At first, I just removed my Inspire HR and thought it would go away because I didn't want to give up my sleep to deal with it.

 

But it would keep vibrating, so I checked it and the screen had an icon/animation looked like the attached picture https://imgur.com/XkZ2PII

 

Does anyone know what this is?

Solved.

I did a reverse search for the icon on the internet. It seems I accidentally activated the relax app.
