Won't Sync with Phone

My Inspire 2 can't/won't sync with my phone today although it has done so without issue for the last 15  months or so.  How do I go about rebooting or whatever it is I need to do to continue to collect data?

Mine does the same from time to time too. I can try it the next day and it works. But if not, I uninstall my Fitbit app and reinstall it again. This usually does the trick

Thanks. I uninstall and reinstalled the app; everything works well now. I guess it’s sort of like rebooting a computer that’s having a tantrum. 😊
