Got Fitbit inspire hr for Christmas, it can not be found via the app or on Bluetooth. Device will turn on and display setup but other than that I can not get connected or setup.

Hi NellyG, yes my phone is compatible with the Fitbit. I have tried with Android and iPhone and still no luck.

I hope the steps you listed work better for Natalie than for me. I am having the exact same issue with a new fitbit, and yes, it is compatible with my device. I'm about to give up and return it. So disappointed.
