I just had a chat with Fitbit as I'm having the same issue and they indicated they are aware of a problem and are working on it.  It would be nice if that information was front-and-center so we aren't left wondering if they actually know....other than telling each other, that is.

Lol my first night it said I had over 6 hours and I wasn't even in bed that long and am an insomniac. Don't worry about that feature, its always off on the 5 models I've used.
