Brand new. Everything else working but screen won't come in when I turn my wrist and I'm having to tap several times before it comes on.

Husband received same Fitbit at same time and his does this no problem.

Fitbit Inspire.

When this happens to me I push the button on the side to show the battery life, then tap the lightbulb icon which appears below the battery indicator. Click the button again to back to your normal display, then try lifting up your wrist. That always solves the problem for me.
