Hi, @Chloe1303 have you given it a good charge? Ideally your Fitbit would arrive with some charge, but just in case I would advise plugging it in to charge for a bit if it is not turning on. A wall charger is fine as long as it is UL/CE certified. The original charger that came with your phone or table is ideal.
Once it has had some charge (recommend at least 30 mins) give it a restart. While it is still plugged in and charging (even if the screen is completely blank and does not seem to be charging) press and hold the button for at least 5 seconds (you may need to hold it longer) . Hopefully at that point it will burst into life and you will be able to follow the instructions to set it up.
