Wouldn't recommend Inspire

Sharing my experience here after 2 years of usage:

 

Initially the Inspire works great and I love it for thr sleek design because I only needed a tracker without fancy functions. So Inspire works perfect up till now but after a recent update,  I noticed that the display light is very much more dim now. From 100% to 30% brightness and I  see nothing if I'm under the sun.

 

I thought it is nearing its shelf life but heck, I googled around and apparently many users also experience this. 

 

I reached out to the Fitbit support team and there is no solution offered. Worst, I tried to reach them again via the app but every time I get connected to a person, the app conveniently crashes.

 

I emailed the support team but alas, no reply at all. They only offer a 35% discount to purchase a new product. 

 

After all of these....does Fitbit expect me to spend on another one of their products?

 

No thank you.

 

I need Fitbit to fix my display dimming issue...not ask me buy another one and risk the same issue after just 2 years down the road.
