This is the third Fitbit I've owned because overall, the products are solid but I'm really disappointed in the quality of the band on my new Inspire HR.
I purchased the device on May 1 and in the 17 days I've used it, the metal buckle has popped off during the day (no strenuous use, nothing unusual done to put stress on the connection, etc) 5 times. Earlier this week, the buckle popped off again and I didn't notice it until I got home because the Inspire was still attached to my wrist - but the buckle is gone making the band and my new Fitbit worthless.
I've ordered a replacement from another company hoping their quality control is better than Fitbit's. Also, I tried to file a band warranty claim but the site threw multiple "something went wrong" errors and wouldn't let me make the claim.
