Wrong swim lengths, too many steps, no cycle maps - how do i get a replacement?

Hi again,

I replied on the 18th March to SilviaFitbit's advice on incorrect swimming lengths with additional issues but got no response (the advised fixes had no effect). I understand the current global crisis and hope you and your colleagues are well. Since then my Fitbit is acting very strange indeed and I am restarting it regularly but to no avail. Please note the problems raised on the Forum to date but I am now also having problems with hundreds of steps being credited to me when I am either swimming or cycling, or even sleeping on one occasion. Sometimes steps from the previous day are carried over to the next. I originally raised a problem with incorrect lengths total when swimming and most recently with cycle trips statistics not being recorded other than heart rate and calories - no map, speed or distance - not what I want (GPS is enabled and my iPhone is in my pocket). There has been no response to my recent issues.

I think it is now clear my Fitbit is malfunctioning and needs replaced. How do I go about that?

At this point, I would just reset it or get a new one. You could also check your warranty to see if you can get another one free.
