My inspire 2 always records way too many laps. I have it set to 50 meters but it is always wrong. It works great for a 25 yard pool during the winter. I don’t understand.

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Inspire 2.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

Then, please make sure to set the pool length by following the steps in this article in the menu "How do I set the pool length for my Fitbit device?"
