I posted a while back about a problem i’ve been having with my inspire HR ever since i bought it and how Fitbit support has done absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. Now i’m experiencing YET ANOTHER problem.
For the past month or so my fitbit suddenly requires being charged daily. If I charge it at night, wear it all through the night and the next day, it’ll be at like 20% battery only 24 hours after it was last charged.
I swear i’m at the end of my rope with Fitbit. New problems keep emerging again and again. I wish I could get my money back and get some other type of fitness tracking device.
Has anyone else had a similar problem with regards to charging? You can also check my last post to read about the other issue i’ve been having for nearly a year that has still yet to be addressed.

Hi @katamari,
I think there may be something wrong with your battery. Even after a year, the battery should be lasting more than a day. You might consider contacting Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and asking for a Battery Test. Be prepared to send in proofs in case they ask for it.

I've been experiencing the same problem.
Also, settings that I turned off to preserve battery life will turn themselves back on, so I can't pinpoint the drain to any one thing.
This has been getting progressively worse over the last 2-3 weeks, and now I'm hitting the charger several times a day, even though most of my time is spent sitting at my lonely home-office desk.
