the band for my fitbit inspire has broken off the fitbit itself . The band itself is complete but the connection has gone. How do I make a claim for this under the warranty.

Hi, @rosieg67 , for a warranty claim you will need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer support. Please go to contact.fitbit.com .
In this case it would probably work best to send them an email, as you can then include a photograph of the damage. If you still have your receipt a photograph of that too would be helpful. Alternatively be sure to let them know where and when you bought it (or the person who gave it to you bought it).
