The FitBit Inspire my daughter has is only a few months old.  We have bought numerous bands but the pins do not stay in.  Would like a replacement Fitbit not replacement band  Thank you!

Thats what I meant too.  My band kept coming OUT of the fitbit itself.  What I did was loosen the band a notch so that it fits on my wrist a little less "snug".  It hasnt popped off since I loosened it.

same problem here....my son has had to duct tape the Fitbit on each morning when he runs....it's not the band, we tried other bands, it's the pins...and the inspire is only months old.

We have the same issue, I did support today and they said it wasn't under the limited warranty, so they won't replace it. My daughter is so upset, she used it for 3 months. The band won't stay connected she can't wear it all, even tried to glue it today.
