can't file a claim

The buckle on my band broke off and I'm still under warranty. I've been trying to file a claim for 2 weeks, but the website is not working. I cannot file a claim and the chat function isn't working. There also is no email address I can use to contact anyone. I am very frustrated with the whole company at this point - even though I was very happy with the product up until now.

After checking in several times, finally in the 3rd week, the file a claim function was back up. Once I filed it, the company was quick and easy to work with. My replacement band is now on its way. 

 

In sum, I'm still happy with the product and even the service.  But they should keep better tabs on their website. If they had just put up a statement saying they knew they were having trouble and were working on it, I would have felt much less frustrated.
