change stride on Inspire 2

I had changed my stride, manually and want to change it back to be automatically determined.

@Lims On the phone app tap on your profile pic (upper left). This should bring you to the settings page. Scroll down and tap on the Activity & Wellness tab. Then tap the Exercise tab. At the top should be Stride Length. Tap that and you should see the switch for setting the stride length automatically.
