It is ridiculous that my Alta HR stores notifications. I have some over a year old. This wastes space on my Iphone. My husband says get rid of the Fitbit and get an apple watch. Why can't Fitbit figure a way to delete notifications? I had an online chat with Fitbit and was told no solution exists.
Just ridiculous!!

@Carolyn31151 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your notifications. The Alta HR doesn't store notifications and the devices that do have the option to delete them. I would like to know if you are seeing the notifications on your Alta HR or on the app itself? Could you share a picture of this?
I look forward to your reply.

Notifications should be automatically deleted after 30 days. Try logging out from the app (go to Account setting screen and scroll all the way to the bottom), restart your phone and then log back in. That cleared my old ones and then it started dropping them off per the 30 day rule after that. Also, for an Android phone go to settings > apps > Fitbit and clear the apps cache.
