What setting should I put it on for Wrist placement?

I would say if you are right handed then wear it on the left but set it as dominant then it’s less sensitive and won’t pick up as many steps that it shouldn’t do

I’m right handed but wear mine on my left wrist and have it set to non-dominant in the settings. Compared to the vast majority of the posts here, mine is fairly accurate counting steps wearing it this way. On my right wrist with dominant or non-dominant it counts extra steps sometimes.
