I keep getting eating reminders that vibrate. How do I turn this off?

@MsPatH   I am not sure if this will solve your problem or not.  The only eating reminders that I am aware of are in the phone app.  Tap on you profile picture, then your Inspire HR icon.  There is a Health & Wellness reminders choice.  The eating reminder is the "Eat with the sun" option.  Is yours toggled to on?  Toggle it to off.  I hope this helps.
