Fitbit is a good company that would be a good partner with google but NO now i can't connet my inspire to my GOOGLE chrome book. I hope this changes.

Hi @guy_109  which version of Android are you using? You need at least Android 7+ to use the features. Have you set up your device and had it syncing previously?

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

I'm sorry @guy_109 but the Chrome OS is a web based operating system and apps are unable to connect to a Bluetooth device through a chrome book. 

Would you have another device, such as a phone?

Yayhhh, finally i have been trawling fit bit for over 2 days  for a reply to this question, i have an old functioning inspire fitbit and dont want a 'new' unit, but my phone now says incompatable device, as you say it wont connect to a chrome book so looks like i will be forced to but another tracker. 😞
