heart rate statistics disappeared from phone app. message says no measurements

touching the heart rate icon in the fitbit app, pulls up a page where all of my statistics for heart rate have gone!  just says no measurements. HELP!!

Hi @bevcass, welcome to the Community forums. @Heather-S Thanks for the recommendation.

In addition to what @Heather-S mentions, I'll recommend trying to verify if you have the latest version of the Fitbit app. Keep in mind that there could be a glitch with the app, so it should be fixed by getting the app updated.
