To stop all notification, hold in left side button a few seconds, look for 'Notifications', and toggle it off.

To stop just texts, go to tracker screen on phone app > Notifications > Text Messages > Off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
