iPhone X - can't see Inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've uninstalled and re-installed the app. I've uninstalled my device. I've rebooted my device. But every time I try to pain my Ionic HR with my brand new iPhone Xr, It keeps asking if the device is charged (yes, 100%), if it is on (yes) and if I actually have one.

I followed all steps in this article, so please don't suggest it... https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1872/?q=set+up&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

Please help!

@weissjl, welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you setting up your Inspire HR with your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try clearing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
  • After this retry the setup.

Let me know how it goes.

That was exactly the issue. My old and new phone had the same ID and my Fitbit was confused. Thanks!
