iPhone not syncing with Inspire HR after pairing it with ASUS laptop

I wanted to watch Fitstar videos on my laptop because of the bigger screen.  I setup Fitbit on my laptop and on using the first time I was asked if I wanted to pair the device which I confirmed.  Now, although I have shut down fitbit on the laptop, the iphone is telling me that no device is found when trying to synch.  If I can only have it on one device, that is fine, but do I just remove Inspire HR on laptop and then add it again on the iphone.  I don't want to muck it up or lose anything.  Any help/advice very gratefully received. Thanks

Hi @Bifaloo2  Theoretically it should sync to 2 devices,  but in practice (in my experience), things work better if you only link to one device. I would suggest you go to your laptop and remove the Inspire HR from the list of paired bluetooth devices in settings. Then restart your phone and your Inspire HR and try syncing it with the phone again. If that doesnt help try THIS Help Article on Syncing problems.
