iPhone won't pair with Inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have spent all morning following the advice on getting my Inspire to synch, everything on and off, resets, installing updates, etc. Now my bluetooth just doesn't recognise the tracker at all. It doesn't appear on the list of things to connect. I have seen this question posted before but not an answer that works. Lucky the wretched thing doesn't measure blood pressure, mine would be off the scale. Ideas very welcome.

Hi @SL51, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR won't sync with your iPhone's Bluetooth. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your Inspire HR during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi, thanks for this. I tried everything on the help list, many of them many times. What worked in the end was setting up and pairing while I was sitting on a bus, even though the fitbit wasn’t charging as it is meant to be when you set it up! Maybe there was too much interference from other electronics in my office.
