inaccurate recording of daily goals

MY Inspire HR says I have reached my daily goal even if I haven't. I've tried  resetting the tracker, but that didn't help.

Care to share what units you are talking about if you want any help here?

Sure. I have a 30 minutes of activity as my daily goal. My tracker says I have reached my goal even when I haven't really done any continuous exercise that day. Seems like it's encouraging me to cheat (kidding).

Can't you just tap the 'Active Minutes" icon near top of phone app and see when it awarded you these?  You might find it was a time period you were active enough to qualify as Active Minutes without really intentionally "exercising".

no, it will say that i have done, for example 5 minutes, but still consider that as a ‘met goal’ for that day.
