inspire 2 no health metrics and no sleep

My tracker has worked fine except for the past 2 days my inspire 2 has not recorded sleep and does not show any health metrics. The tracker has the green lights in the back on. I searched in forums and tried many things:

  • set the heart rate to off/on, sync, and reboot
  • clean the back of the tracker
  • clear the cache, uninstall and reinstall the app

None of the above made it work.

However, now I did the following: in the app, I logged sleep based on the hours I went to bed last night and woke up this morning. After I did that, the tracker synced and now there are some sleep stages recorded and health metrics are there too - though they appear to be out of personal range.

Are these metrics and sleep stages accurate? Is there any other way to get the tracker to work again and track sleep and health metrics?

I have this tracker for 3 years now, is this the expected decline with use?

My inspire 2 has not tracked sleep or health data, steps and such for about a month.  I've been so busy I didn't have time to research until now.  Have you had any luck get your tracker back on "track"?

No. I finally switched over to the Google platform and it started
tracking again but I lost all the old data

How far back did you notice your data was give, like literally ALL of it from when you started? 

Do you still have anything on this app? 

 

I don't think I'm riding things correctly... But I'm having the same issue as everyone else, and I think I may have to follow suit and do like you...

So I actually ended up contacting support through the live chat, and they
helped me to reset everything, including turning off my Bluetooth for 30
seconds and then turning it back on, and then they eventually saw it
syncing on their end as well as mine
