inspire 2 suddenly stopped recording my sleep data

Since 19 August, my inspire 2 has stopped recording my sleep data. When I tried to manually add data for 20 August, it tells me there is already data. 

My daughter bought this for me in July, and I have had no problem until this. I have rebooted, logged out, turned GPS and heart off and then back on but nothing. I specifically use this to track my sleep as I have Parkinson's. Please help!!!

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding this inconvenience with the device and for trying to fix it trough the steps mentioned.

When your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your device should record that you’re asleep. Please keep in mind that there are some factors that may prevent your tracker from recording your sleep. Please make sure of the following:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device as described in this help article.
  • If you slept for less than 1 hour for sleep patterns or less than 3 hours for sleep stages.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Please, try to perform a restart one more time. In addition, please wear your device on your non-dominant hand and monitor it for the next few days.
