inspire HR and water aerobics

Why doesn’t my Inspire HR count water aerobics as active minutes. It records steps and heart rate does not count that hour as active minutes!

Please be aware that active minutes do not represent the length and duration of an activity.

Also keep in mind, that the heart rate is shut down, when recording swimming activities.
