inspire HR didnt show active minutes

For the first time today, my Inspire HR shows zero active minutes after I did a strenuous 35 minute Silver Sneakers workout. It shows my heart rate as resting during that time. I know my heart rate was up, I was sweating! Everything is charged up and updated. This never happened before. Is my Inspire HR done for?

@Fanniemae , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

Does your inspire HR, record your hear rate after your finished your activity?
Are the LEDs blinking?

It seems that the heart rate was not recognized during the activity! This happens usually, when the tracker moved it's position during the activity and cannot recognize the heart rate. Try wearing the Inspire Hr a bot looser or tighter during your activities and see how it goes.
