inspire HR display not working

Woke up this morning and the display isn't working. The main face shows up, but the scroll won't work, and pressing the side button doesn't show the battery. Tried to reset and nothing happens. I've only had this one for a few months. Suggestions?

I'm having the exact issue. Mine started last night. I've only had mine for 6 months.

Now I've noticed it isn't tracking step or HR. Because I can't scroll up, I can't do a factory reset.

 

UPDATE:  As mysteriously as it stopped, it's now started. Lost steps at the store, but everything else seems to be normal. Except the sleep icon. It's always 50/50 if that works. 🙂
