inspire HR has stopped vibrating when receiving notfrications

My Fitbit inspire HR suddenly stopped vibrating notifications. I used this feature all the time and kept my phone on silence. I want the feature to work again. I have tried disconnecting from Bluetooth and rebooting the Fitbit then reconnecting to Bluetooth, several times. Its not working. Please help.

Hi @skell12, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it won't vibrate when it receives notifications. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please turn off the notifications feature. After this, restart your phone, open the app and turn on the notifications feature again. Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if it vibrates when receiving notifications.
