Phone is a LG stylo 5
Before the past 2 updates on the fit bit tracker it paired and worked with the phone just fine. Now it does not want to pair or sync at all. Have deleted the device from teh app tried resyncing it times out. Have deleted data on the fit bit.....nothing, removed app and reinstalled....nothing....
Short of buying a new phone ive tried everything i can to sync the device to my phone. Cant sync to pc cause I do not have bluetooth, there is no other device I have that can test sync to. It worked just fine till oct23 when the new firmware was pushed out. This device isnt even a year old yet.

Hi @Milky_Kou, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR is no longer syncing with your phone. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if the issue gets fixed.
