inspire HR screen stopped working

Hi all,

 

once again, my fitbit is playing up. Between having the first one with a blank screen, second one with the dongle broken off where the strap attaches, it seems to me I get a new issue every year with this one. 

 

Now, my screen was white in the morning. Tried resetting it a few times, changed a clock face a few times, and now even though it's no longer white, the picture had been broken in two and swapped places. Quite hilarious when I set the sheep as my clock, but otherwise useless. 

 

I don't know if just Inspire range is buggy, or all fitbits, but having to complain here every year about a different issue is ridiculous. So far you have been kindly replacing them (wondering is that's a good business model for the company), but if this is not fixed this time, I will be leaving and not coming back to fitbit.
