inspire HR screen won't turn on

My Fitbit is for sure fully charged and sometimes will not appear with the screen images like time or steps. I have the inspire HR. When I press the button is vibrates but it does not turn on and does this frequently. It has not been exposed to water.

I hope someone replies to your question as I just received my HR and I’m having similar issues and I’m not liking it. I’ve had an Alta for the past 3 years and loved it.  It quit charging and they no longer offer it so I had to switch and apparently made a bad choice getting the Inspire HR...I don’t want to have to push the button to see the time along with the other issues.

I hope someone answers your question because I am having difficulty activating screen.  Is bluetooth technology an requirement for operating fitbit?
