inspire HR seems stuck

it seems to be stuck on a screen showing battery life, when I hold the button it takes me to a screen showing pace average

how do I get it back to my regular screen?

I did a restart using the battery cord and it seems to be working now.  

 

Really dislike the Inspire, the Alta worked a lot better for me
