I bought an inspire today to replace by zip which I couldn't sync to my laptop anymore.
Anyway, it's charged, I've followed the directions and it will not sync to my laptop. Do I need to
download the fitbit connect app again? It says the service has stopped. And when I go to my acct and tap on my name and the date, set up a new device does not show. Tricks? Tips?

No, I've done all of that. The problem is I have an acct, but it won't let me set up the device - fitbit inspire. It takes me to a page that says it's expired. I've tried setting up a new fitbit connect, still nada.

Did you try removing the Zip and then adding the Inspire as a new device on an existing account?
