I have just bought my son an Inspire, he is too old for the childishness of the Ace and it doesn't fit his wrist. I went to set it up and he was too young for his own account, so I created an account then added him as a family member. I entered his age, etc and now the only fitbit the app will let me pair to his account is an Ace or Ace2. Why can't a kid have an Inspire added to their account? Is there any way to get around this?

Hi @bryonye Kids accounts are a difficult area. The family account has been created to protect kids and the only trackers that work with a family account are the Ace and Ace 2. So unfortunately you cant set up a family account with any other tracker. There is no way around this at this time. If you want to set him up with his own account and the Inspire, you will have to lie about his age. That is the only way to do it I'm afraid.
