inspire hr Bluetooth issues and more

So disappointed, my Inspire HR has suddenly started to lose Bluetooth connection with my phone app, so I have to switch off Bluetooth, log out and back in of the app, switch my phone off and on and reset my inspire hr, all or any of the above on a daily basis. Quite often it will only record 2 - 3 hours sleep when I know I have been asleep for most of the night. Am seriously considering trying to find a different tracker. Help please.

I've had similar problems. It was working fine for the first month and now it constantly unpairs with my phone and the only way I can get it paired again is "Remove this Inspire HR", go into bluetooth settings and "forget this device" and then setting it up again as a new device but then I lose all my settings - I have to do this at least once a day, more often 2-3 times a day. It is so frustrating!

Hi I also had similar issues with my previous fitbit Alta I was so fed up I
upgraded only to find the same issues, seriously thinking of returning it
and asking for a refund and changing to another make as fitbit don't appear
to be interested in resolving these issues.
