Does anyone else have trouble syncing their Inspire HR with the new Area Air scales?  Mine has to be recorded manually every time!  Waste of money buying new scales!!!

Hi @novices , nice to see you back on the Community! Thank you for your information. 

 

Aria and Aria 2 will sync your data over a Wifi Connection. And the Aria Air, will sync over bluetooth directly to your mobile device. 

 

Please on your Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture. You'll see the devices paired to your account. If you cannot see a scale it means that you need to setup the scale to your account.

If you can see the scale in your profile, please have a look at this article, this has tips and instructions for the scale as for the Inspire HR.

I have the Area Air scales and have now got them syncing ok. Thanks to all
