inspire hr heart rate and battery

this past weekend i had a full battery and it seemed to drain within hours, which I thought was weird but also wasn't sure if I had it charging properly. When we got home I charged it overnight and wore it the next day to find my heart rate not appearing (no green light on the back either) the battery draining in a day (usually lasts 5ish days) and i can't swipe to find the exercises/breathing, only responds to taps to change between date and steps.

I have restarted it numerous times and im not sure what else to do.. bought it last June.

Mine is doing the same thing!  It seemed to freeze up and not scroll through the menus.  Then I noticed it wasn't working at all.  And I know the battery was around 70% last time I synced.  It finally came back on after charging it and resetting it but the HR is no longer working.  The lights don't flash anymore.   Then today it crashed again.  The battery was over 50% this morning but an hour later it died again.  Once I plugged it back in it came back on.  Still not HR reading even though the feature is turned on.  Did I miss a firmware update?  I've only had this one since March.
