inspire hr keeps crashing when trying to start run

whenever i try and start a run the watch keeps crashing, it says connecting then freezes for a moment and the goes back to the watch screen.  i have tried restarting the watch and repairing to my phone and no luck...

Let me help you with your Inspire HR crashing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try doing a Factory reset on your device. Note that you will need to set it up again after this on your account.
