created new account in fitbit setup, but when want to add device cannot see inspire hr.
Very strange. many models inside but inspire hr absent.

Let me help you setup your Inspire HR. What are you using to setup your device (phone or computer)? Could you share a screenshot of the list you are seeing? Is the app you are using up to date? The device should show but you may need to use a mobile device for the setup. Please follow these instructions to do so.
