inspire hr not tracking sleep properly

it'll track the first few hours and then just say I've been awake for hours when I just woke up and it's literally the only reason I bought this overpriced junk 😒 been going on for weeks now, possibly occasionally before as well but not as often for me to notice

I have the regular inspire and mine hasn’t tracked a single night of sleep since July. Customer service has been complete nonsense. How is there no fix or update in almost 7 months???
