my inspire hr won't hold a charge and ive read all the blogs and tried all the suggestions: changed usb ports, usb chords, computer usb ports, restarted, cleaned all components, updated app, etc etc etc. Some people said they complained to Fitbit and they sent them a new one however i don't hold on to packaging forever so my concern is that they won't replace it now. Fitbit will you still replace my faulty product even without original packaging?

I don't see why they can't - they can see from the system when you started using the fitbit.
It sounds like you've been through their troubleshooting guide at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190.htm
If you have then it's worth contacting customer support via the link at the end of the guide (customer support do not monitor these user forums). They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

SAME. My Inspire HR is less than a year old. I had the Charge 2 and another Fitbit before that and those each lasted about 2 years before they needed to be constantly charged. I am frustrated with this one. Only a few months.....really? I bought mine through the website.
