inspire - not counting floors

I have an Inspire, bought 2 weeks ago. I have reset and still it is not counting floors. What can I do to resolve?

Sorry, but Inspire and Inspire HR do not count floors.  They do not include the required altimeter.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Interesting, it shows on the fitbit app dashboard like it is included.

If it showing up on your app it usually is because you had a previous Fitbit that counted stair count on your account.
