inspire not synching with iphone,

Inspire had not been synching when forced & messages were not showing either, however it did buzz.

I reset as per instructions, still not synching but does show screen with 2 taps.

Followed instructions for bluetooth synching/pairing but after forgetting the device & going to app, it is not showing to be able yo pair it again!

What do I do now??

after much fiddling without success I turned off wifi for phone, reset fitbit (for about the 4th time) & it finally came up as did i want to pair with iphone!!
