inspire vs inspire hR?

Currently shopping for my first Fitbit (yay!) but I'm torn between the Inspire and Inspire HR. Considering I'm starting out I was leaning towards the Inspire, but I was wondering if there were any good reasons to go for the HR instead? TYIA

It really depends on what info you are after.  Because it can read your heartrate, the Inspire has more features (more in depth sleep analysis, and overall fitness levels are two main ones).

The downside of the Inspire HR is that, although it can be worn in the pocket (or wherever on your core), it will not fit properly in the the Fitbit designed clip, so you would have to buy a 3rd party device for that.

If you will be mainly wearing it on your wrist, and only occasionally prefer to stuff it in your  pocket, then I think it is a no brainier: go for the HR version.

If you will mostly be using it like a pedometer (although a super sophisticated one) then the basic Inspire would be your best bet.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the forums!
