I've bought a Fitbit Inspire HR last week. I've tried everything to start the installation, but it doesn't do anything.
I have a samsung galaxy S6, a Macbook air and a mac workstation.
I'm not able to connect it to any of this devices.
It can't get any bluetooth connection with the samsung galaxy.
When I go to the app, I can't get passed by the screen 'with Fitbit tracker are you setting up' on any devices: the screen isn't shown fully, the Fitbit Inspire isn't shown as a choice.
I've tried uninstalling and installing the app, resetting the netwerk setting on my phone,...
Why isn't it working? Is there something wrong with the Fitbit itself?

I hate posting "me, too"s, but I also have a FitBit Inspire HR, a Galaxy S6 and a MacBook Pro and I'm having exactly the same problems that you are. In addition I can't even make the "Affects Me, Too" button work either! So I don't think the problem is at your end.

I have the same issue with the Inspire and I also use a Galaxy S6. I noticed that if there is another new unit trying to bluetooth connect, it usually takes over the spot. But even if I shutdown that unit, and I see the Inspire in the list of Available unit to pair, and start the pairing, the pairing never completes. Not sure why.
