is there article that explains what in zone, over, and under mean on the food tracker?

I've tried looking but I'm struggling to find anything that explains what they mean.

Tangentially related, but also does anyone know why the app says I have 64 cals left on the graph, but under "start logging your food" it says I have 1141 left? Is that because 64 is what I need to stay in a deficit at this moment?
